Planning & Zoning Commission
The purpose of the Planning and Zoning Commission is:

to advise the City Council of their short-range and long-range implications for the total development of the city.

to recommend plans, programs, and policies that will aid the entire community in achieving it's defined goals.

to interpret the adopted plans and programs to concerned citizens so that private activities and desires may be accomplished in harmony with public needs and policies.
The Planning and Zoning Commission is currently in the process of reviewing and possibly rewriting the Master Plan for Ingleside on the Bay.
The Commission meets on the 4th Thursday
of every month. The public is invited to attend regular monthly meetings
at 7:00 PM.
An agenda is posted on the bulletin board on the front of City Hall at least 72
hours prior to each meeting.
There is a scheduled public hearing before the regular meeting with this agenda.
